Learn about our cancellation policy, how to process cancellations, and the conditions for receiving refunds.

At tourist in, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we’ve designed a cancellation policy that is fair and clear for all our users. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

General Cancellation Policy

Advance Cancellation:

  • Reservations canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the activity will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, no refund will be offered.

Last-Minute Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of force majeure, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your booking, follow these steps:

  1. Access the confirmation email you received when you completed your booking.

  2. Click on the cancellation link provided in the email.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.

Refunds

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the booking.

Processing Time:

  • Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within the next 5 to 10 business days.

Exceptions

Our cancellation policy applies to most tours and activities. However, some tours may have specific cancellation policies due to their unique characteristics. We recommend reviewing the specific policies for each tour at the time of booking.
